I enjoy practing law and spending time with family, friends, and travelling when time permits. If I'm not in the Los Angeles/Orange County area, I am usually visiting my cabin located in the peaceful and calm California high desert.

Work

I represent individuals in the field of U.S. Immigration Law in the areas of Removal & Deportation Defense, Family & Employment Immigration, Natualization, and both Immigrant and Non-immigrant visas and waivers.

I regularly appear before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) - Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

About

I am from Orange County, California, where after graduation from high school I spent five years working at Disneyland and attending college. I will never forget my time at Tomorrowland Terrace and many of the great people that I remain in touch with today.

In 1998, I graduated from California State University, Long Beach and then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. My time in San Diego was equally memorable, as during law school I had the opportunity to meet individuals from all across the country.

Since graduation from law school I have practiced U.S. Immigration Law in Southern California and frequently travel to attend hearings and interviews across the United States.

I wish you the best of success in whatever endeavor you choose to pursue, and most of all have some fun in the process.
